- What happens if I cancel my subscription?
- The service will continue for the remainder of the billing period. Then, you won't be able to create new aliases. All your existing aliases will continue to work.
- What payment methods do you support?
- We support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, China UnionPay (CUP), and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB).
- What's your refund policy?
- We offer a free plan with no time limit, so you can try Shroud.email for as long as you like before upgrading. We don't offer refunds on paid plans.
- Does Shroud.email forward attachments?
- Yes, we forward attachments up to 25MB.
- Is Shroud.email a disposable email service?
- Email aliases are permanent, but you can always disable or delete them if you don't want to receive emails through them any longer.
